Avalon 1 Villa 14 is a spacious four-bedroom retreat nestled in the serene and picturesque Emba Village. This charming villa is perfect for those seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday, with local amenities, beaches, and restaurants just a short drive away.
Location: Emba Village is a traditional Cypriot community, known for its peaceful ambiance and scenic beauty. As one of the largest villages in Paphos, Emba offers a unique blend of rural charm and convenience, being close to Paphos and neighboring villages like Mesogi, Tremithousa, Tala, Kissonerga, and Chloraka. Emba’s rich history is reflected in its name, meaning "enter," symbolizing its location at the gateway to Paphos. The village features a beautiful new Greek Orthodox Church dedicated to Apostle Andreas (St. Andrew), around which a vibrant festival is held every year on November 30th.
Village Charm: Emba’s winding roads are lined with lemon, orange, and nectarine groves, showcasing the area’s agricultural heritage. The village also offers a few quaint shops and tavernas along its narrow streets, where locals gather in the evenings. Despite its tranquil setting, Emba is just minutes away from Chloraka and Paphos Old Town, providing easy access to supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, petrol stations, tavernas, and bars.
Villa Features:
Living and Dining Area: As you enter the villa, you are greeted by an open-plan dining and lounge area with comfortable sofas, wireless internet, and a flat-screen TV.
Kitchen: Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for a self-catering holiday, including a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, microwave, and various cookware and utensils. The dining area comfortably seats six.
Outdoor Area: Glass sliding doors from the living area lead to a terrace equipped with garden chairs and a table. The private swimming pool area features sunbeds and an umbrella, perfect for relaxing under the Cypriot sun.
Bedrooms: The ground floor includes a modern bedroom with a double bed and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, there are three more spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms feature a double bed and twin beds, respectively. Each bedroom has access to a balcony with countryside or pool views.
Additional Amenities: The villa includes air conditioning units in all bedrooms and the living area for both cooling and heating, a washing machine on the upper floor, and private parking. A marble staircase leads to a rooftop lounge area with panoramic views.
Essentials Provided: All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, an ironing board, and an iron are supplied. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included.
