Tala Louise three-bedroom detached villa with incredible sea and mountain views located in the prestigious area of Tala, close to the beautiful Tala Amphitheater and Agios Neophytos Monastery.
Tala village is located in the Paphos district at a distance of 8 kilometers from the town center, in a majestic natural environment. Its neighbors with the monastery of Saint Neophytos to the northeast and with the village Emba. Agios Neophytos Monastery is only 1 km north. Beautiful Tala Amphitheatre is located just opposite villa. The nearest small supermarket located way down to Empas Avenue. Paphos main town and Paphos Harbor area are only 15 minutes' drive. Taxis are regularly available and are reasonably priced.
This is an «upside down» house, as you enter you will find yourself at the bedroom levels, on the entering there is a spacious hall that leads you to three double bedrooms, master bedroom has en-suite shower and other two bedroom are sharing family bathroom, downstairs you will find modernly furnished living area, which glass sliding doors leads you to terrace. Apart of the fully equipped modern kitchen, which is offering a fridge/freezer, hob (electric), oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, extractor hood, microwave, plates, forks, spoons, knifes, pots, pans, tea and coffee cups, water and wine glasses and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The guest toilet is located on this floor.
The outside area can be accessed from the ground floor where you will find sunbeds and the private swimming pool. The barbecue area is a perfect organized to enjoy your meal outside. Finishing the property with jacuzzi.
Air conditioning is available throughout the villa for both cooling and heating. The villa offers private parking. All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron board and iron are supplied. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included.

No smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties
All garbage should be removed from the apartment and placed in the outside bins provided
Please remember to close all windows on departure and put the key back in the box
