No loud music outside, and no music / loud activities outside after 11pm.
No Confetti and no hanging of decoration is also allowed.
The apartment it's in residential areas and should be treated as such, as a home.
All garbage should be removed from the villa and placed in the outside bins provided.

Kato Paphos - Universal, Paphos

Universal one of, if not THE most popular area in Paphos for property purchasers that are interested in buying holiday homes or permanent residential properties. Within the Universal area are there are a wide variety of properties, developments and complexes, most having communal swimming pools. It is only a short walk to Kato (Lower) Paphos and Pano (upper) Paphos alike. There are also two beaches within walking distance of Universal, one in Kato Paphos with a new and very popular beach bar overlooking it and one in Geroskipou, which is the largest sandy beach in the Paphos region it has volley ball courts, beach bars, grassy areas, restaurants and an Amusement Park
