This villa is a spacious, high specification villa, located very close to the Cypriot village of Emba. The 3-bedroom villa offers a private outdoor pool that guests can relax in and a well maintained garden. Relax and unwind on the sun loungers or enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace. On the ground floor you have an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area + plus 1 double bedroom and guest toilet.
On the 1st Floor you have 2 double bedrooms ( 1 with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower) and 1 twin bedded room, a family bathroom.
There is also a roof terrace, where you can see exceptional sunsets and relax.
Air conditioning is available throughout the villa. The villa offers private parking. A high chair and baby cot are available on request. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. There is an electric stove, kettle, fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave. All bedding and towels included. There is free Wi-Fi: GNET, PASSWORD 96660880.
Hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Hot/cold water. The flat screen TV with Smart TV in the living room.

No Smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties.
No parties are allowed in the villa.
No loud music outside, and no music / loud activities outside after 11pm.
No Confetti and no hanging of decoration is also allowed.
The villas are in residential areas and should be treated as such, as a home.
All Barbeques should be made on the small stones in the garden and NOT on the patio tiles.
All garbage should be removed from the villa and placed in the outside bins provided.
