From the open plan living and dining area the glass patio doors lead the way to the outside area of this villa. The terrace area is equipped with garden chairs and a table. The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and umbrella for you to enjoy a lazy day in the Cypriot sun. On the ground floor, you will also find a modernly furnished bedroom with double bed and guest bathroom.
To the front of the villa, you will find uncovered parking for up to 3 cars.
Moving up to the next floor, you will find three more spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and a family bathroom. One bedroom feature twin beds, second one has double bed, and the main master double bedroom offers an en-suite shower room.
Each of the bedrooms and the living area is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating. All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron board and iron are supplied. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included.

The villas are in a residential area and should be treated as a home
No smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties
All garbage should be removed from the apartment and placed in the outside bins provided
Please remember to close all windows on departure and put the key back in the box
