This one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor, the building is equipped with a lift. Fully furnished with all you would need to make your short stay comfortable. As you enter you will find yourself in an open plan living area, combined with kitchen and dining zone. Living area furnished with sofa, coffee table, flat screen smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen offering a fridge/freezer, hob (electric), oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, extractor hood, microwave, plates, forks, spoons, knifes, pots, pans, tea and coffee cups, water and wine glasses and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Dining table and chairs comfortably seats 4.
Double bedroom offers spacious closet and access to the lovely balcony with a sofa set, overlooking the communal pool. Bathroom has a large walking shower. The living area and bedroom are equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating. All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron board and iron are supplied. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included.
Universal area, where property is located enjoys all the benefits of being close to town, without being in a noisy neighborhood. Banks, shops, restaurants, hairdressers, bakeries, supermarkets, tavernas, the beach and the Harbor are not far away, neither is The Kings Avenue Mall, where the largest supermarket is. The area has the added advantage that local and international schools, hospitals, doctors and dentists are all within easy reach. The nearest school is only 5 minutes away by car and the town center approximately 10 minutes' walk.
The famous “Old Town” is approximately 20 minutes away. Here, there are many shops, cafes and restaurants and of course, the municipal market which also sells fresh fruit and vegetables. If you want to visit the award-winning blue flag beach at Coral Bay, that is just a short bus trip away – or, if you prefer, the local beach is about 10 minutes' walk.
Access to the motorway is only 5 minutes by car. From here, Paphos International Airport is about 20 minutes' drive. Larnaka International Airport is about 1½ hours' drive. There are 3 golf courses nearby, namely Tsada, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley, which are about 20 minutes' drive away.

All garbage should be removed from the apartment and placed in the outside bins provided
Please remember to close all windows on departure and put the key back in the box
