Electrical installations will comply with EAC regulations and use high-quality materials throughout. Buyers who exceed the specified allowances for materials and finishes will be responsible for covering the additional cost difference directly to the manufacturer. Any requested changes to alternative materials must first be approved by the manufacturer, who will calculate and communicate any additional costs.
